Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers excellent rooms that feel brand new; however, they tend to be a bit too hot for the current weather conditions. The service is delightful, with attentive and courteous staff who provide professional and friendly assistance. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful area, although it may be a bit far from the bustling tourist spots. The dining experience, while in a garden setting, could be improved with more menu variety. Overall, a modern hotel with charming Asian restaurant & lounge, dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay.
The hotel has a prime location within the heart of the shopping district in Salamanca, just round the corner from magnificent shops. The rooms are beautiful and fantastic, offering a quiet retreat despite less-than-ideal views. The service is remarkable, with staff so helpful and accommodating that it feels like a home away from home. The dining experience is enjoyable, offering a mix of buffet and hot cooked meals to order. However, there are minor drawbacks, like the absence of homemade items on the buffet and the lack of specific amenities like home-made yogurt.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and the hotel grounds and gym were fresh and nice. However, there were some noise issues with walls not being soundproof at the end of the hall.
